Purchasing Tickets Online
1. Go to the main page click on Book Tickets, then Buy Tickets.
2. Select the desired tickets and quantity by adding them to the cart.
3. Login, register, or proceed as a guest. If you already have an account from a previous booking use this to log in. If not, click register for registering.
4. Proceed to Checkout, where Your credit card details are needed
5. You will receive an email notification with all the purchase details once payment is processed successfully
The purchased online ticket is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. The ticket will be invalid and will not be refunded if expired.
First check that you are using the correct username and password. Alternatively, you can click on Forgot Your Password link and follow the steps.

If you have deleted the email you have received, you can login to the online ticketing page, click on booking history on the top right banner. You will be able to see you’re booking history and print the desired tickets.
This is the last 3 digits of the number next to the signature strip on the back of the credit card.

There are shows that are not sold online. You can either purchase the ticket at Al Ain Zoo’s Main Entrance or booking through Al Ain Zoo’s call center at 800 966
You can amend your personal details whenever you are on the Online Ticketing page by clicking the Login/Register link at the top right-hand side of the screen and clicking on the “My Profile” link on the top navigation bar. You must log-in to the Online Ticketing page before you can update your account details. When you have finished updating your details, click the save button. A message will appear on the screen to show you this has been successful.
Barbeque
Barbecue is not allowed in Al Ain Zoo to conserve animals’ health.
Train
The visitors of Al Ain Zoo can enjoy a wonderful free of charge train tour around the zoo.

Yes, Al Ain zoo caters for all your culinary tastes, from fine dining to scrumptious snacks. Zarafa our air-conditioned main restaurant has recently been refurbished and now features an extensive menu, including a choice of salads, rice dishes, sandwiches, pizza, burgers, snacks and desserts.
